So she's a 95 EF XR6

I've had the car since September last year I think, might have been later then that, I cant exactly remember dates well.

I havent done anything with the car since I brought It.

So what has been done to it:

EL Front End
18" Panther Wave Rims
Hi-Tek Headers + 2.5" Mandrel Bend
And some cam work..But I am currently unsure about what cam It has really.

As for mods to come, I am still contemplating. I want to make some decent power without forced induction at the moment, but due to the fact I havent had much to do with making cars faster I don't know what to do.

I'd like more hp and some decent mid-range torque.

So If anyone has any ideas...Feel free to speak up, I like suggestions!

Sorry about the small pics, don't know what I'm doing!

gets around Rocko a bit eh?

Seen it a few times, very nice car indeed.

NastyXR- 03-19-2009
Haha yeah generally around rocko. I always seem to be driving around for fun!

Daynesy- 03-19-2009
the wheels look real big, especially in that last picture. Some kind of Cold air intake will make it more snappy... depending on what cam you have, you could always upgrade it for something that kicks in mid to high rpm. The choices are endless. Best bet is to check out other peoples show off threads smile.gif.

Oh and havent said it already so welcome to the fun and loving club of the mighty "Perth Falcons"!

NastyXR- 03-19-2009
Haha cheers.

For some reason small rubber makes the rims look huge!

Yeah been hunting around a bit. Thought of s few things.
Maybe a larger cam, because I do know mines not all that big, so maybe stage 3 crow or wade 1521a.

Goin to throw In an eliminator chip at some stage in the next few months and go from there. Maybe a rebuild along the lines and throw in some new internals, give it a good old port and polish and maybe a slight over bore?

Daynesy- 03-19-2009
Sounds like a good little project. I have an elim chip, going to get mine tuned after my twin TB setup is made up. Should get a fair gain from the chip and tune smile.gif.

Good luck!

NastyXR- 03-19-2009
Twin t/b sounds interesting!

Gotta work on cleaning the body up at the same time. Car park dings and stone chips! Thats where the money goes unfortunatly.

Gorgeous car, cobalt blue looks tough as.

skitzophreNic- 03-19-2009
your XR looks sweet, real tuff. and the rims suit it too.

i think these are navy blue, ford killed cobalt off i thought??

NastyXR- 03-19-2009
Yeah pretty sure It's a navy blue

Frost- 03-19-2009
either way, looks great smile.gif

XRated6- 03-20-2009
twin throats will make you slower and look bad tongue.gif

if you want power from an N/A 6 a stage 3 crow cam is a good way to go, but if you want high power output be prepared to pay a fair bit, i don wanna think about how much mine has cost wacko.gif

http://www.perthfalcons.com.au/index.php?showtopic=4644&st=0 theres a list of what ive done to my XR6 in the first post wink.gif

WILS_88- 03-20-2009
Seen this around a few times, very nice car mate, keep up the good work!

DJL351- 03-20-2009
It should have a custom (based on a Crow Stage 4) cam in it already.
