I guess we need to look at how mnay spots we have, who we are going to invite plus back ups (i think we had some talk on this alread) plus other things we need to take ie banner (I still got the poles for the banner) shade

well as usual count the staff in but need some range/scope on years of cars re: classic car show entrants IMO

too late... I know a few people with XR-C series who say they don't want to join up because of all the kids and B-series everywhere. I mean fair enough it's their choice, and I've tried to get them out for a cruise but yeah they're just turned off by all the p-platers unfortunately

Hi all, we received in the mail yesterday from the GT club, a request to update our "spiel" for the AFD Magazine 2009 (see attached).

I am more than happy to tweek up what has been previously written, also we will need to submit some "recent" photos too?
