G'day guys, just on the prowl currently for a S1 XR front bar and a bulged bonnet to suit an AU. I know Fibresports over east does them, I'm just wondering if there's somewhere closer to home I could get them from.

While I'm at it, I was wondering if anyone does (And very, hugely much doubt that anyone does) a stroker kit for the 250's. I know that COME does a 4.2 for the H****n ecotec's I think it is, but I've never seen anything to do with the Ford 6's. Anyone know if such a mythical beast exists?

Theres a 4.8 kit thats being developed. How far along it is i dont know.

Stroking an engine that has a long stroke already and doesnt rev all that quick seems pointless to me, unless there is boost involved

Aaah touche there Chris, I didn't give that much thought. Wasn't really considering getting a stroker for it anyway, especially since I haven't completely ruled out slotting a 5 or 5.6 litre in place of the 6-banger. Just nice to know if one's available if the occassion arises.

Ford came out with a 300 CI canadian Long stroker used in the early F series trucks, went well but reving one out past 4500 was unheard off as power tapers off quick.

Like Chris said, better look at other options as the stroke is big enough, If a clevo had the same stroke it'd be bigger than 351 just to give some comparison.
