Just wanting to get some opinions on a sports exhaust for the BA.

Iv been getting some quotes for 2 1/2 sports exhaust and found a place so its booked in on sat.
Anyways what i want to know is that i keep getting told is that i have to run 2 mufflers because the BA's have a really loud bark with only one fitted but still give me the option to have one or two.

just wanted to know what ppl on here have had fitted and what sounds good,
havent had much to do with B series always had E series.

With only 1 muffler there is a bit of a drone in the cabin when cruising so just depends whether you can tolerate that. Sounds better on the outside though.

All fitted got it with the two the guy at the shop talked me out of the single.
doesnt sound to bad nice suttle note at cruising and with the foot in it gives out a nice strong note very happy.

really didn't want the drone all the time as i drive it every day and i got two kids that would sook.

just got to start saving to get a set of extractors

This is exact kind of thread I've been looking for cuz I'm having same debate bout 1 or 2 mufflers for my exhaust going in soon.

i have one muffler twin 2 n half, sounds F****g hot, neighbours complain allll the time

yeh i heard one yesterday with the single muffler does sound good but didnt want the drown for the kiddies sake.

If it was just me i had to worry bout would of prob run with the single it did sound horn with the boot in it

i got the single muffler twin 3 inch, does drone a bit but like stated sounds good outside.


Twin 3 wit no mufflers = insanely awesomely loud (had to try it just to hear it)
