I'm interested in buying a XBOX that's already moded. I only want to use it to watch movies and tv shows off. I'm not to sure how common they are these days but I figured i'll ask around.

Hard drive space would HAVE to be above 20gb for starters

you can get one from eb games for about $50 and soft mod it for free

hard drives cost bugger all these days, hell I have a 40gb you can have for free!

i havent done a soft mod, but I know a few blokes who have and its pretty easy

as for the hard drives, yeah I have done that and its easy as! There are heaps of guides online, or if you have an xbox and want my hdd, pm me and you can come by my place and I will give you a hand

Swapping the HDD is easy. You just need a torx screwdriver set.

Don't know about the modding.

I have one you might be able to take off my hands for the right price. Not looking to sell, so would need to be for my benefit.

120GB HDD, heaps of SNES games, bunch of xbox games, Sega Master System, N64, Mega Drive Roms as well, although most of them don't work properly.

i hope u dont intend on playing bali(copied) games online with ur modded xbox, i spoke to a guy at the modshop and he said i would b able to watch all the bali movies and b able to play the bali games online with the chip without a problem, so i paid him 100 bucks and had the mod done, it took microsoft a week to figure out i had a mod chip and now my console is banned from gaming online

does anyone know about the online 360 update for media , i have an elite 360 and did the upgrade on line but it doesnt seem to have enabled it to play multi format discs or divx, anyone know why? or is the upgrade for other uses
