So My cars been in at the panel shop for the last couple of weeks having some painting down. I picked it up this afternoon and it all looked pretty good, however upon giving it a closer inspection when I got home there are goo marks all over it that look they are from sticky tape. Do you guys think I should take it back and say something or do you think I can detail them out easily enough my self.

if it comes off with a quick wash & minor detail then i dont see the problem smile.gif

Hmmm not sure if it will or not, gave them a call to see what the best way to get it off was and he said just bring it back down tomorrow so we will see how it goes.

I don't have any of that handy, will waiting till 2morrow do any damage to the clear coat?

I doubt it would damage your clear coat, if its residue left behind from sticky tape.

Will be fine if it comes off tomorrow, prob had the apprentice take it off.

All came off fine, was glad to see they didn't just grab some buffing pad full of dried polish and use that, he used some liquid and a bit of elbow grease and it came off easy.
