Hey mate When i blew the engine up in my old EF i Ended up buying a complete car from the Quokka pay $400 and only had 150 000kms on it plus heaps of spare parts.

I looked at getting one from a wrecker but they were $500 plus and all stuffed.

get the pre-VCT AU motor instead. piece of cake to swap over, especially into your EF... means not a lot of hassle swapping everything over to dizzy like I did, blek.
