Alright so I get off of work today and it looks like some f***head has tried breaking into my car.. Now it wont lock at all, they have stuffed the lock up. I can stick the key in and lock it manually but i cant get the key out... When I try to lock it with the electronic remote the lock goes down and then comes back up, kind of like you lock the door when it isnt closed... Does this mean whiole locking mechanism is buggered or is it something less? And how the hell do I fix it before I have to go to work tomorrow?

Nevermind, rang up my dad and sorted it out with the insurance company and they just told me to keep it locked up and wait till monday to take it somewhere to get fixed.. Now I gotta catch a bloody taxi to work tomorrow

just remove the trim on the drivers side and disconnect the central locking that way you can lock the 3 other doors. what happens if u push the lock button down when the door is closed does it lock.
