ok...its been a weird day!
I went to smash repairers to get quotes on the respray....while I was there a guy pulls up in a black BA Xr8 ute...
He had he exact same thing happen..lawn mower man hitched a rock into his car and he was getting quotes?@?

I was talking to the panel guy - he said they would blend the side panels and bonnet for me....as long as the council pays up this will actually be quite good as I have alot of stone chips and paint flakes on the front end....Also looking at getting a couple of bits here and there while they are fixing it...so all in all I guess it will turn out to be a blessing in disguise


I was saying I wanted a Gt bar and he said if its that firbreglass shit dont bother, you hit one curb and they are finished .... he also said the dont fit the same as genuine bars ....might just spend the extra money on some performance mods now its almost looking the way I want it too...
