A: 100mm from the ground to the lowest point of your car. But when you go over the pits you car will bounce down lower that 100mm when you go over the speed bump there so always a good idea to get it a little bit higher.

A: There are many different coil heights but the lowest that i have made a car is 325mm from centre of rim to the wheel arch in the front and about 330mm in the rear.
