srry to type this in here, im not exactly an "asian" wen it comes to technology..is that quality of blu ray much different to dvd? like is it noticeable?

oh yes! as soon as you plug it it it looks soooo much better! If I understand correctly it up-scales normal dvds to 1080i/p as well so they look better too
