06 BF XR6.

just purchased mudspats for front and rear and would like some advice on how to fit correctly without damaging anything please.

does the protector that runs around the inside of the wheel arch need to come off to fit them?
do the plastic holding lugs screw out or just pop out. they don't seem to come away with a screwdriver on them.

PS: i can take sh_it, so flame away if you want, i just don't want to screw it up.

I haven't touched these on b-series, but when I removed the mudflaps from the EF they were just screwed in on top of the wheel arch lining.

had a quick look at mine and they seem to just go on top and you put the plastic lugs through the holes... difficult to tell without taking them off though they seem fairly simple.

just line em up and teck screw them in!!!!!!
