Just to let you guys know, I called Robbie at Undapants Parts this morning and he's said may as well take them down as sponsor because he isn't getting any business.

Whether it gets done now or at Incorporation time he wasn't too fussed, but made it pretty clear that he wouldn't bother to pay for advertising here.



Also, I've found the hard copy of that Constitution we were talking about last night. Who wants me to take it where? (other than "take it and shove it" ) Waz do you guys want it to compare to the MOCWA's version? It's sitting here anyway, and I don't have a scanner to be able to put it up.

oh and just so I have a note/reminder and so someone else knows and can tell me - I've left the copy of the constitution under the printer paper next to the computer haha

Im not suprised Rob said take it down, but as said most guys get stuff custom made and fitted. But Still was good of him to step up when he first came on

Just called Peter Brennan (Freeman's Insurance), and told him there hasn't been any progress on finding Dave.

He said he ha been told by the underwriters (I think) to close his file on the matter.

Apparently they will be sending us a proposed settement with a deed of release etc. soon. I don't know the full details because Peter didn't know, but we will find out soon enough.

so the settlement/deed of release means that we get nothing from it or does it just mean 'heres a 2nd place token of support' of a couple of hundred?

well atleast something is happening, be interesting to see what the settlement comes out at, hopefully something reasonable. Will have to wait and see did he give you an time or just something will be sent out

lets hope we at least get some kesh back for the kids..... sorry i had to cut out so early, had a 5 am start and dindt get home till 7.30pm haha
