Had a play around with a newsletter that we can email out to all members once a month. Have a look and let me know what you think. Obviously it is not complete as we don't have final details about some things, but that will be quick to update and bulk send at the begining of the month.

i do like the idea though i cant view it at the moment my mum computer is just too old and crappy

Does look the goods, and is a great idea.

My only concern is it will be started and then forgotten, or it will become a chore to do every month much like the COTM seems to have been (I am guilty as well).

Kasey & I are happy to do the news letter up each month. I am also happy to do the car of the month as well.

Oh and the system does send BCC emails to bulk members, i can select which groups can and cant recieve them,

Just a suggestion, would we have say a small wrap up of events? Nothing major just a paragraph with a pic or two?

Yep thats an idea which we will be doing. I'm also going to get the sponsors to have a one off special each month. (one sponsor per month).

I have emailed the final newsletter to Jase to bulk send to all members.

Just a reminder that we need to have all the events organised in advance so that I can work on the next months newsletter so that it can be sent in the first couple of days of the month.
