Foz what did you do to the pics? I wanna see them!

Hey Dan.A lot of the pics are on my other computer which has a blown power supply and a lot of other pics are not digital so I am waiting to get a scanner so I can store them on the PC.When I get it sorted I'll stick them on a disc for you.

Cool Mate, if you ever want to you are welcome to come and use my scanner also you could chuck the old hdd in my old comp to get the stuff off it. You know i'm in love with your car!!

This is actually the third rebuild and the third different colour I have painted the car.Each time the decision on whether to put stripes on it or not becomes an issue.I love the XW stripes and have left the car without them for a cuople of weeks to see if i like it.I always end up putting them on but I wanted a couple of photos as close to each other as possible to use as a comparison.I prefer them on but it still looks OK without them.I was actually laughing at the black and red velour seats you can see in the second pic.What was I thinking

I still can't get over how beastly that thing looks. If I can get my Fairy looking half as good as that, I'll be pleased as punch .

Nice to see what it has evolved from. I had a laugh at the steering wheel my cortina came with the same one!

Just so people know the seats are gone (into a dark corner of my shed) and have been replaced with suede leather racing seats.The steering wheel hac been replaced with a Corsa MOMO wheel but only coz the leather on the gold one split

I was in two minds as well when it came to putting the GS stripes on my XC. I drove around for six months or so before I decided to put them on again. And I think it looks better for it.

Yep I think your right.Older cars like ours are a bit "boxy" looking standard so the stripes help slim them down and look lower.

Awesome job with the rebuild or 3, looks tough as in your pics but it looks even better up close and the sound that comes out of it makes the hairs stand on ur neck, Great job again mate
