I'm not really sure what I'm going to do with them yet Andy.They may be back on the car for Powercruise yet.They are 265x15's but on the 8" rim they are much bigger than the 265 Bridgies I had on the 14" rims.

Cool Foz.............are they all the same size ? or are the fronts a smaller size ? cause for power cruise you need all 4 rims and tyres to be the same.

I think the rule is you need the same rims for the powercruisew but for events like the drifting or drags you can have different rims on.I haven't decided if I'm going in any events yet.Would like to have a go at the drifting but don't want to make a goose of myself

That would be the one Foz.............only for actual cruising around the track.

Just found this pic of the XW from when I first got it in 1980.Yes it was cool to have air shocks on the back and have it jacked up like a 4WD

I probably had the car about a year when this pic was taken Gav.Still got the GS wheel trims and there is a bit of rust coming out in the rear guards.Note the dent under the drivers door.Was doing a bit of circle work in a paddock after having a couple of sherbets and ran out of skill.Would of rolled it but it was stopped by a big spinifex bush which put that dent in it.There's still a little dent on the inside of the door where my shoulder hit it

Yep mate.We took a keg out to the Turner river and camped overnight.Some of us thought it would be fun to do some circle work in a nearby paddock

Clipped the windrow on the track at about 70mph and launched it off the opposite side windrow.It popped the front tyre when it landed and started to roll until it hit the spinifex bush.Worst part was having to change the tyre in the heat half cut.
