Alrighty ive been having a think for a while now about what we will need for this years event.
Going by the poll we have about 30 people interested, which is great but as we know when it comes time to pay up you can half that and almost half it again!
Stuff to think about: Shelter ( Ash's 3 carport thing might be a good idea) Stands Flags/banners etc Electric cooker? ( i think there were powered sites in the grassed bit last night? if not generator aswell Music during the day?
Now ill call Powercruise in a about 2 weeks ( have an event this week and will be flat out) about this:
Car Clubs: The 2009 event will see Car Clubs dealt with differently due to issues last year. Clubs wishing to enter need to ask their members to enter individually when ever they want. Then if a club wants to have a setup with all their members, the club needs to send Powercruise an e-mail outlining the number of club participants entering Powercruise and we will set aside a spot for your club and send you a map of where your club is positioned. This site is free and Powercruise will not be responsible for your site or who decides to park in it over the weekend. Ideally the club should setup their site early and make sure there is someone there to keep it clear for members to use.
I dunno if that means the clubs entered are in the bad books or someone wasnt happy? Either way thats how it should have been done last year so there was no F******G around.
Anything else just add

well i guess when we all were given spots last year and we couldnt even set up in our spot that was ghey as so this time round its all being done properly.
i guess we had a good response by the PC staff to us as we were always clean/tidy, no agro ect. so cant see it affecting us in any way unlike the clowns in silWA and so forth.
list looks the goods given that this yr there is two more days means that food will be a big thing to look at (cant always nick down to maccas/red rooter) so a cooker of some sorts is needed. genni sets are welcome but cant be run late into the night and must be of some sort of quiet from what i understood last yr.
there was power think it might of been 3 phase IIRC though, banners and signs will be done by then and shade is a must so ash's tents are a welcome go unless we make up something that is suitable, couches also for seating is a must and can sort that out.

just so everyone know i got a DC inverter for the lighter socket, might be worth it as battery should last easily an hour plus we can start the car anyway though it is for my laptop so might not have enough amps for a stove or something could be worth a look though
