The paint on my bonnet and boot are a bit dull, and the front right quarter panel doesnt quite match in some light. From what I have been told its a bit of an issue with the red AU XR series (think Glen told me that). Its also got a few stone chips and scratches around it. Nothing too serious but enough for me to notice

Any suggestions for getting this fixed? Should I look at an all over respray or just get the chips etc fixed properly.

Roughly how expensive is a full respray anyway? I would keep the car the same colour as it is.... maybe have some stripes added down the track.

if it doesnt need any panel work id just get whole thing resprayed, but if u wanna save some cion just get parts u need to done, any good painter should be able to match the colour to smack on anyway.

have you tried using a light compound cut? Red cars always oxidise quite quickly. You might be able to restore to a decent colour by polishing without the need for painting.
