Semi Slicks + Rims To Suit Fg

hey guys

looking for some tyres n rims to use down the 1/4 mile, after something pretty sticky, anyone got ne for grabs?

By memory Toochi had some for sale, try contacting him.....

I know where there is some WELDS PROLITE DRAG RIMS fronts are smaller front runners and slicks were used twice on a BA XR8 ute not sure how much he wants for them but let me know if interested and I will find out for you.

ive got a set of 235/60/15 mt streets that will be up for grabs soon, only going to use them once so 8-10 passes only. Will post up when they're for sale. will be in a couple of weeks.

Ok there 15 x 4 front runners and 15 x 8 rear rims ,rims and slicks only done 1/2doz passes on a BA XR8 with NOS did mid 11s I think ,the owner is over in NSW for the next week has said he wants $1200 rims and tyres give me a call ASAP and I can get them for you to have a look at this week end if you want , other wise it would be another week before you could see them as I head east on Monday as well ph 0439991367

sounds good although bit outa my budget, i've got some 17's with kummo slicks for $800 new lined up, sorta looking for something to beat that or i'll go for it

try A1 performance or CMP.

i reckon you can get Hoosiers or MTs cheaper

off ebay is good too, the tyres will be a tad harder, cos they arent brand new, but a few prestage skids and they will be good

yer i went n saw them today, $1200 for mickey thompsons, also got a price on some toyo's 245/40/18 semi slicks, on brand new 18's for $700 from ian diffen, think that might be the go, i can fit em up before i leave home, drive em there legally n switch em out next day

should give me alot more traction then what i got now

Also went to tyres and more in osborne park, now they've got some awesome stuff there but big $$$$, but some fat rims n tyres

Im looking at getting a set too once the EMS and fuel system is in.,...

Andy, they cost me 800 new, will only do 6-8 passes on a small roll on burnout. ( 3-4 seconds each) so around the 450- 500 mark. Maybe less depending on tread???? will come with a free set of commodore stockies hahahaha.
