Quick rundown my missus bought an original XP in perfect nick a couple of years ago, it got rear-ended first night she had it. The panel work was done through insurance and turned out to be less than 100%, rust ended up bursting through the sills months later along with other little outbreaks on the body. So we decided to have it all fixed at once. Enter operation full respray.....
Ok guys picked it up this morning.... It copped a full respray and 100% rust removal. The work was carried out by Dave Cleary, owner of that mint blown LS2 powered Torana (XXX LS2), and we couldnt be happier with the work and Dave himself, he kept us updated the whole time and was really easy to speak to/work with. He originally told us the work could take upto 8weeks- which we didnt mind. However in the end the work was completed in less than 3weeks, with one week waiting for the fresh sill from over east!
The colour is factory green, with House of Kolor Violent and Silver Ice pearls. In certain light you can really see the violent sparkle throughout the paint and in other light, it just looks factory fresh. The colour really pops in the light. Sorry the pics dont really do justice to the paint. Big thanks to Jeff for recommending him in the first place. He will definitely be doing any future work needed.
Plans are to now bring the rest of the car up to scratch. Think major lowering, thick white-walls, interior re-trim and maybe some minor engine work. Anyway enough talk, pics....

Hell yes Matt, looks... well....
Great to hear it didn't get rear-ended again when you drove her home . The plans for her sound pretty solid to me, should be an awesome cruiser when you've finished (not to say that it isn't now! )

A set of venetians and a long board on the roof would look horn indeed.
Nice indeed.

man thats nice, the thing i like about the XP falcon is that you don't really need to spend a heap of cash on it (on things like rims, bodykits etc) to make them look mad... grats
