Yerh I can see where you are coming from moody. Pushing out that sort of power you wouldnt trust the standard internals as much would ya.

Mr xr sorry i thaught you were talking about rebuilding the auto. I will see what happens after I get a the work done and how much boost its running. It would be good to upgrade the internals too handle more boost though. But its all money mate and im spending enough at the moment on the blower.
About the gauges. Yeh I will probably get some of them to keep an eye on all the important stuff. Would have oil pressure, oil temp and boost. But would also like auto trans temp guage and battery meter guage also. So thats 5 gauges I will have. Hahaha I might get a monster tacho too with a mammoth shift light. Naaaaaaa just jokes. But I realy should have one because if all those v6 commonhores have them I should have one too shouldnt I.

I have another idea in mind too. My mate can get a whole NOS kit for $800. Not shure what shot of hp it is but would be pretty cool. SUPERCHARGED NITROUS OXIDE INJECTED 3v 5.4l v8. Sounds cool doesnt it. But then I think I would have to think about upgrading some internals. Or just wait until somthing breaks then think about upgrading internals

Got some things painted today FINALLY your all probably saying.

I recon it looks better than ever before. Tell me what you think of the new look. Gone is the RTV grill and in its place is the stock grill painted white. Even more unique.

Like the stock grill better, though I'd rather have it unpainted if it were mine, but still looks good. Maybe get the surround chromed or painted black just to break it up a tad???

The lines in the bumper will have the chrome stip going back in them so that will beak it up a bit.

Looking sweet there mate, yeah them chrome strips will break it up nicely.

There is, however, still a problem; Povo plates?

Yeh I will reorder the LIONHUNTR plates again next week. It will take about 4 weeks for them to get made. Just wanted to get the front end looking good again. But now done. All thats left now is the plates and a big vacume cleaner hanging off the motor. So its off to the licencing centre and then to the bank.

Yeh thats the good thing about being able to change the grills. once you get sick of one you can change to the other one.


The supercharger will mess with people alright. Espesialy if I get a big blowoff valve fitted. People will be going Is it a turbo, no it sounds like a v8, no maybey a turbo v8 but guess again. hahaha cant wait.

She'll be all good then.

Also with the blower, If you want the Whistle sound of a turbo coming on boost, the s trim or t trim with straight cut gears will give that noise, sounds great too.

Na I just want a BOv. Would be a sweet novelty. The loud superchargers would draw too much unwanted attention from the boys in blue I would think. Dont really want that.

xt3valve have you looked at capa? they do a kit for the 3v. could be the better option if you want to keep cost down.
