| Thats the only problem with the 3-valves. Once you start pushing big numbers the heads become the restriction. The bloke with the "Fair Go" fairlane has the same issue with his centrifugal s/charged G220. The only real option you have isto fit XR8 heads, then that defeats the whole 3-valve thing and you may aswell have started out with an XR8. Also i dont mean to offend, but what makes you think its a 430kw(575hp) engine? Theres no way it would loose 110kw(145hp) through the transmission etc. I know some people say "The old rule goes, Rear wheel HP = Flywheel KW's" but that is actually quite a way off. If thats the case my ute is a potential 300-320kw engine I'd say yours would be pushing just under 500hp(370kw) at the flywheel, which is still AWESOME numbers. Cant wait to see it, and hear it, at Powercruise mate. Cheers Jeff |

| I twisted BPT's arm and they let me have the car back early. But they have detuned it and are holding onto my flash box. But f*** it still pulls like a motherf***er. Scares the shit out of me. Caught up with some of the lads last night and we had a few joy rides. I think Damon needs some new undies. I think it went like this Quote "thats stupid". Cant wait to see what it will be like full power. |
