an intercooler is an intercooler is an intercooler. it has tanks on the side with fins in the middle. Get a cheap one off ebay that fits your measurements, and if it happens to pop a weld then find someone with a tig welder (I have one here and once I learn to use it properly can do repairs/mods cheap). If something else goes majorly wrong, well it's cheap enough to put in the bin and buy another one.
Mine cost me $100, although was from a guy on AL..... and is 600x300x76mm. Plenty of cooling, not much pressure drop across it, plenty of handling for horsepower. Cheap. win-win.
