ok so im starting this thread as rundown for anything that might be needed for a upcoming event call it a notepad as such.

for september i've posted up the event which is a mini golf day out @ Botanic Golf in wanneroo it has 18 holes and a cafe for those who wish not to play.

im thinking of holding a trophy for the winner of the day and will be extending the thought of going down the coast for some fish & chips in freo maybe afterwards?

Sounds good gav, we really need to get stuff up on the site earler to give people time to plan.

So are you gonna have a cruise as well? on another weekend?

would that be for just between the members?? as some members might bring friends that arnt part of the club??? or would it be overall??

the trophy will be only shitty putter i'll pickup from cashies painted gold in a woodern base not costly at all.

could hold a cruise but im thinking the event should suffice for this month as there will be few randoms popping up on the weekends, anyways could sort a cruise to freo for the fish & chips anyways.

concerning the AFD cruise next month would it pay to meet up before hand say city west and cruise in together or just meet at belmont and join up/find everybody(banner set up and everything)?

leaning towards the meet and find but would be nice to roll in all as one.

was thinking about this this morning and thought would it make it eaiser on ben and co if we split the day into two?

say go out on a friday night and a sat night or sat night and sundayt during the day?

give the punters day to choose say 15 each day and maybe boost up the cost couple of bucks(whatever ben wishes to charge and the rest to the club for the coffers?) would that make it easy for you ben spend bit more time per car than rushing round like headless chook?

I guess it depends if he has a wedding on that weekend. I reckon a saturday late arvo/night would be a better option, that way its all done in one hit but Ben your call.

August cruise is pretty much sorted, got a few things to work out and it will be done. Ill do that late this week, early next week then start getting AFD and Powercruise under control.

yea less cars over a couple of nights would be best.. gives me more time to think about what i'm doing and how to show the cars off the best..

Just looking at the photo shoot photos from over east (the paint with light ones) Looking at the backgrounds looks like they had ppl set up in slightly different spots at the same location might be a good way to get through more cars?

myself and ben were discussing at the burnouts of headin out to york way or northam but that was for a day cruise.

but im liking the split days more so now so might pay for some universities and businesses in town/city?

freo, joondalup, mindarie marina, ocean reef, lower scabs carparks?

gav / dan have either of you got an hour or so spare one night this weekend as just need to pre-run the last leg of the cruise (triggs to hillaries via joondalup) and easier with a navigator
