Some information for any one who is interested. Just upgarded the wagons earthing cables and added a few extra along the lines of a "Hot Earth Kit", dont know if it has helped but it cant hurt. All cost under $60 for custom made cabling and terminal clamps. Battery to block - 2BS cable 1100mm with 6mm & 10mm ends. Block to chassis - 2BS cable 375mm with 6mm & 10mm ends. Block to front of BBM - 6BS cable 900mm with 8mm & 10mm ends. BBM to Throttle boby - 6BS cable 400mm with 8mm & 8mm ends. Chassis to radiator - 6mm cable with 6mm & 6mm ends. The terminal clamps are the standard brass type with a bolt and wing nut to attach the cables, I removed the wing nuts cut the bolt down filed and polished the top and attached the cables underneath.

never uses a kit as such
but always good to add a cable the same size (as the one to the starter ) to the engine block

did you notice any improvement or difference in the voltage or oil pressure gauges?

Cant say I noticed any difference, it may have improved things but nothing I can measure. Im just trying to have every thing as good as possible to get the wagon into the 14s, every little bit helps.

upgraded earths is also good for Car Audio as well. All earths should be as big if not bigger than the positives. Just my 2 cents.
