This is my VRF750.I owned it for 13 years before trading it in on my current bake.
I decided to paint it before I rode it to Bathurst and Phillip Island in 2002.
I had to use 2 pack paint because of the stickers.If you paint acrylic over syickers the thinners eats them.I got a litre of a special black paint that was mixed for the Jack Daniels Harley drag bike teams transporter.It turned out to be a really big job because the bike had to be stripped right down to be painted.

Yer Frank I was over the red after 12 years When I originally ordered the bike I asked for a black one.Unfortunately the Black and the White ones didn't come to OZ.WE had a choice of Red or Red

It's a 2000 model.First of the fuel injected ones.It was already painted silver and had the tinted screen and carbon pipe when I got it.I just jumped on and rode it

It's also waaaaayy faster.Scarred the crap out of me the first time I rode it and it was doing power stands every time I cracked the throttle.Thats also what made me buy it though

This is my VF1000R that I had before the 750.I took it on a trip from Port Hedland to Bathurst to watch the V8's.It was a 10000km round trip in 2 weeks.

Yep I have been down a couple of times.Ran a best of 10.9
It's very hard to get off the line fast as it likes to lift the front wheel anywhere in first gear.
