as seen as we only for club thinkin about the club prize for display and get some car barriers which would rope of the vehicles and could get some poles made up to suit hanging of flags if need be.

on the BBQ front just got off phone with nikki @ powercruise and yes NO gas bottles to be brought on site as per the ghey Wanneroo Council.... FAGS!

Gen sets are allowed but are not to be noisy buggers so if it is it needs to be switched off come night time.

so concerning the food issue there is the tasteless bugers and shite from the muck truck/van there and a couple of pubs down the road IE: wanneroo tavern ect. or we can cook on portable electric cookers as seen as could be taking a gen set?

just bring "cold foods" - such as cooked chooks, or sandwichs or something like that
plus salads arent meant to be warm lol

if its no gas bottles maybe we can bend the rules and just have the portable ones that use the aerosol cans for fuel, relativly cheap and do an ok job......

yes unfortunatly so jase, but have heard that there is bands and other things to be put on for us campers/entrants to keep entertianed but im sure a few card games wont go astray
