Hey excellent idea.

What we need to work out is whos bringing what basicly. There is no point in 5 people brining BBQ's when we only need one ect.

A few ideas are.
Shelter: Gazebos, Tents, ect.
BBQ's ect.
Lighting
Power.

Any PF props and banners that we can bring.

Post up what you have and we can work out whos bringing it. That way we can be organised on the day and not have too much stuff to have to work out on the day.

if it can be sorted and i can drive the ute in and out i will bring my BBQ plus i also have the poles for the banner, if anyone knows where the banner is?

I doubt you would be able to drive your ute in and out of the event. Just because all the scruiteneering and event officials you have to go through. There will be over 700 cars trying to get in there also so might be a bit difficult. But not saying it cant be done.

Another idea would be if someone is entering there ute. We could put it in the back of that. Or I just thaught of another idea hehe. If someone is spectating and can bring the BBQ and stuff we can just walk the stuff in from the spectator parking behind the esses.

yeah well happy to walk it in or throw it on some ute, its only a light 4burner bbq anyway

We take our family camping all the time and the list would be to long, Engel 40ltr fridge/freezer,BBQ's ,tents etc , just ask!!!!!!!!

Well the two main things we need to think about is food and shelter. Remember its only for one night so realy we only need to bring the very least we can.

Im shure we can all bring our own tents. We probably only need to bring one large main shelter for us to place our seats and tables under. One large BBQ I think would be sufficiant enough for all of us. Remembering there will be food outlets there and some people might go for that instead of the BBQ. Eskys and a few bags of ice should last the weekend for drink and foods like meat ect.

Im going to bring a gazebo which has 4 walls. Im going to put my esky, my 6 sacraficial tyres in there as well as tools and a few spares I may need. PF members are more than welcome to store there stuff in there also if they wish. Call it a store room if you want.

The more ideas we have the better so if you have an idea dont be afraid to voice it.

Main thing you want to make sure you bring is shelter during the day. It can get mighty hot up at Wanners (just ask anyone who was there at the FPV/TOCWA drivers day last year).

Simon: If it is run like Motorvation, you might be able to get a support vehicle in at the beginning and end to help with all that stuff. I don't know how it is being run though.

re the shelter just to let you know i have one of those white carport shelters which we can put any number of sides on 1 2 3 or all 4 so if you would like i can bring that with me just let me know
and as i have a wagon i can take some stuff if any one needs
i cant wait

Yeh mate your carport would definantly be the way to go. Do you have rough measurements on how big it is. We need to fit a couple of tables in there and chairs if we can. But I say bring it along.

I have a 1.4kw portable gen I can bring or someone can take for me as it won't fit in the ESP boot with my spare wheels.

Anyone having the friday off for the scrutineering of our cars ?

Depending on how much gear people have............I have my 5 tonne pantech that will fit everything in it.............just need someone to drive it or take me back home to get my car ?

not a prob willthe ruff measurement is i think lokking on the net at simmaler ones is about 10 to 12 foot by about 20 foot that was the ones i could find on the net that looked like mine it would fit the wagon in it so some tables and chairs should fit in no probs
so i will bring the shelter along i also have 2 3mx3m shades aswell do you want them to

Ok so we have the main shelter sorted than.

If you were to bing the shade shelters feralwagon I would say we would only need one. Maybe to put the BBQ under or somthing.
