I want to know who does a decent job.. I went to Tyre Power in midland and they didn't do the greatest job in the world.

so now that i need another alignment, who is good and for a good price as well?

I've found the guys at Tyre Power in Canning Vale do a good job and they sponsers the FPV club so you would think that
they would know their stuff!! were reasonably priced aswell!

they've helped me 3 times

1) helped me get the right wheelnuts after the wheel prob

2) i took the ute in for a wheel alignment, and they said all my bushes were f***ed (they were bigtime), they did a full report on my front end bushes and steering... and charged me nothing, because they couldnt do the wheel alignment until it was fixed.

3) after i did the nolathane kit (for #2), everything needed adjusting (as it does), so i had to get the whole deal, instead of the $88 service, they gave it to me for $60 (note: their normal standard just wheel alignment is $39)

ive got to go there once i get the new motor and gearbox in (more weight in front end, so handling is diff) - they've got my business for a long time

I wouldn't piss on Murphy's Tyrepower (Midland) to put out a fire. They are the ones that broke my indicator (I wouldn't care as much if it were a normal indicator, but the XR ones are priced at $150+ because they have the park light in them as well) then denied all knowledge, and told me 2 of my rims were warped, and then charged me for it as well.

Also added about 20kms to my car when I left it with them for the day to do the alignment. Joyride anyone?

Found the warped rims claim to be BS. I took them to Tyrepower Canning Vale, and they put them on their machine and they were perfect. Said Murphy's probably used the wrong cone to do it.

Tyrepower in Canning Vale on the other hand, as Dave said, they were great. We both took our cars there at the same time. Balanced all of my rims (8 of them), and got a wheel alignment (didn't charge me for the balancing). Also did the castor camber kit there & then in between other clients. I'll be going back there.

Another vote for Tyrepower in Canning Vale, I've gotten my tyres from them for ages now, never a problem.

TyrePower in Rockingham is pretty good as well, staff there are more then willing to help out..

funny you should say that, the cruiser had 30-40 k's extra on the clock too

i was surprised but i go to bob jane t-mart morley (cheap tyres) and they did a good job and i got a free checkup & align after 5000k's. although the first time i went i told em i had ratchet type camber caster kits, and i watched them pull my air box out of the way to do the adjustments thinking it was a shim job so i just watched them and laughed but they didnt charge me any extra.

Wilkinsons suspension are the best in Perth but you get what you pay for

my car pulls to the left like something cronic at times, does this mean i need a wheel alignement?

had one done before but didnt seem to do much

yeh wheel alignment is ment to fix that but u prob have to tell them when u take it in same as if it vibrates and stuff...

I had mine done at Diffen's Balcatta, just off Erindale Rd I think... the guy there Frank is a good bloke and my alignment was spot on afterwards... think it only cost me $30 or $40.

Very True there Foz, when i had my suspension done, they did the wheel alingment as well, was so straight after that, reminds me i need to take it in again and have it redone as its over 1000km since ive had the suspension done..
