Well the utes just rolling on an old bunky set of 17" ANZ chrome FTR copies, and may be doing so for a while. At the moment whels are the least of my worries, i want to concentrate on getting the driveline up to scratch first.
I ordered my bellhousing for the TKO600 on Friday. I ended up using a Dellows one, this keeps the original sandwich plate and starter motor and the starter stays on the passenger side. The Dellows bellhousing was just over $600 to my door and will be 3 weeks. The other option that i was going to do before i found out about the Dellows was to use the Mal woods setup. This uses the genuine Tremec bellhousing which requires a new sandwich plate and a new starter motor as it relocates the starter to the drivers side. The cost of this set-up is, $550 for bellhousing, $325 for s/motor and $75 for the sandwich plate, so a total of $950. So a big saving was made going with the dellows, plus not having to modify s/motor wiring. Also ordered my new clutch today, will be about a week before its ready to pick up. Went with pretty much the same clutch as im running now, an Extreme ceramic cushioned button. Basically its the same clutch as used in the T3 TE/TS50's as they run the GM style 26 spline input shaft, then the clutch cover is just a normal EB-AU 5.0 style one, so that ended up easier than i thought. Also saved a few bucks over buying from Malwoods. Mals ceramic clutches are $880 plus freight, i got this at $600 inc freight. The rear crossmember i have been advised to source an XF T5 one and reverse it. I may have to drill new holes in the crossmember to suit but thats no dramas. Then its just the speedo sensor to suit 3.9 diff gears i'll require. Then once all thats done it will be off to Phil Purser at Final Drive Engineering for a custom 3.5" tailshaft with the Tremec 31spline front slip-yoke. This should allow me to remove the speed limiter with peace of mind.
Now that will be the TKO box in so the will come an upgrade to the diff. Once again this will be a job for Phil Purser. I will be going for a complete 9" housing, 3.89 gears, LSD centre and Billet 31spline axles. That should sort out the diff for a while. If i run into trouble with getting his done before Powercruise in October i will just have a mini spool fitted untill i can get the 9". The reason for this is my current LSD is rooted, big single wheelers is not good!!!!
In the meantime i'll also be putting some pennies towards a Paxton Novi1000 blower for the ute. This should keep me happy for power untill the new engine build begins later this year. I will only be running 6-8psi on a conservative tune and keep power down to around 360-380rwhp. I'll also be running a front mount intercooler, 90mm MAF, 42lb injectors and an obvious retune of the TwEECer. I have no doubt that the std block will handle this especially with revs kept to a maximum of 5800rpm.
Stay tuned for the updates when all this starts to unfold.

Picked up the clutch today. As i said to suit the TKO box onto the 5.0 its just an off the shelf T3 clutch as the T3 5spd Tremecs run the same fine 26 spline input shaft. Heres a few pics.
Cover.
Disc. Mmm.....ceramic!!!
The finer spline centre.
My bellhousing is also ready to pick up so will have that by the weekend. Also got an XF rear crossmember from a member on AFF over east, so should recieve that next week. Getting there slowly.
Oh, and i received 8 of these little babies today

Picked up the Dellows bellhousing today. First impressions the casting is slightly rough, can be and will be cleaned up in a few spots. Havent tried running a bolt through the threads yet but will run a tap through them anyway. Overall though it isnt a bad piece of gear. Will know wether i will be fully happy with it when it comes time to bolt it up.
Heres a few pics.
